Our store has 13 aisles of cool items. We carry over 15,000 items. Only a small amount is on our website. We carry over 250 cookie cutters. We print custom edible image sugar sheets, allow for a 3 day turn around. Just arrived more red melting apeels, pink apeels, white, and our normal milk, and dark apeels, by Guittard and Merckens.
We have stainless steel piping tips, cake drums, cake boxes, pie boxes with windows and much more.
Apeels are great for making choc candy and dipping strawberries, cake pops and rice crispy treats and more. Also milk, white, dark semisweet and bittersweet block choc available in 1/2 and one pound chunks and more. Great for cakes, ganache or tempering for choc candy. We have a new product vegan organic chocolate chips.

Kids Camp ages 8-12 during the summer of 2025 Day Classes for kids tues-thurs; 11-330pm bring a sack lunch; kids will bake cakes and cupcakes and decorate them. They will make chocolate truffles, make fondant figures and cookie baking and decorating. 155.00 per week. June 24, July 8, July 22, Aug 5th.

May 22, Thurs. Piping Tip Class: $45.00;
June 22, Sunday; French Macaron Cookie Class with Katie, 11-2pm $55.00. All supplies included. Katie will teach you to make the macaron shells with egg whites and almond flour. Then you fill them with buttercream.
Beginning Cake Decorating 2 series Class, June . 16th; 5-7pm, Monday and June 30, 5-7pm. $45.00 each class, bring supplies.
Kid’s Cupcake Decorating Class, June 14th, Saturday, $45, 11-1 pm, supplies included,Kids will decorate a mini hamburger cupcake, a hedgehog cace, a doggie face, and a swirl top cupcake.
July 7th, Monday, Fruit Basket Cake with whipcream frosting. Fresh fruit will go in to the middle filling. $45.00, bring suppies.

Custom Printed Cake Toppers
Edible Image Sugar Sheets
Custom Print your favorite images on an edible cake topper image sheet. Edible Images take a 3 day turn around and are $15 a sheet. Our maximum dimensions are 7.5 x 10". The edible paper is a sugar rice paper. Please call our number to pay over the phone (707 546-2253) and email the image to this email: nancy@nancysfancys.com. Make sure image has good resolution and send to us in JPG or JPEG form. Order must be paid for before printing. If you have not heard from us about your email after 24 hours, please call to remind us. If you don't give us 3 days, then we charge a $10 rush fee. You're print will cost $25. Maximum Dimensions: 7.5"x10". If you want 12-15 images or 20-30 images for cake pops, or oreos, or cupcakes or cookies etc, let us know at time of ordering. Include that info in your email. On subject line in your email type "Image". Put your name and phone number in the email too. Very important.
